Agreement
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KangarooJackpotLottery products and services (“Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, or otherwise using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility (18+ Australia)
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be located in Australia when using our Services.
- We may geo-verify your location and request age/identity documents.
3. Accounts & KYC
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- We perform KYC/AML checks; accounts may be paused pending verification.
- Only one account per person; we may close duplicates.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Supported Australian payment providers only.
- Minimums/maximums and fees are shown at checkout.
- Withdrawals are paid to verified methods; processing times appear in-product.
5. Tickets & Draws
- Ticket purchases are final once confirmed.
- Draw procedures and odds are published within the product.
- Errors or interruptions: we may void and refund affected tickets.
6. Winnings
- All prizes are subject to verification and applicable laws.
- We may request additional identity documents before payout.
- Unclaimed prizes after applicable periods may be forfeited as per law.
7. Responsible Gaming
- Tools include limits, time-outs and self-exclusion.
- We may intervene where we detect harmful behaviour.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud, misuse of promotions, chargeback abuse, or manipulation of Services.
- Use by bots, VPN/geo-spoofing, or on behalf of another person.
- Violation of any applicable law or regulation.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected breaches, risk, or compliance reasons. You may close your account at any time via support.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the event.
11. Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks of KangarooJackpotLottery remain our property. You receive a limited, revocable licence to access and use the Services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction.
